New members are accepted annually. Please complete this entire form and pay online,  for $175 ($100 annual dues; $50 nonrefundable fundraiser ticket deposit; and $25 initiation fee) or mail a check for $175.00 made payable to Creative Women of Pinnacle Peak Membership.
